Madison went to George Mason University’s College of Visual and Performing Arts for a degree in theatre with a performance concentration. This program allowed her to develop a wide knowledge and further appreciation for the art form. Some of the highlight courses include characterization, advanced actors studio, movement, and script analysis. These, among other more specified courses, have helped her develop her own process for character development and world building. Following the completion of her time at GMU, Madison continued to follow her dreams to New York City to study at The Stella Adler Studio of Acting during their summer conservatory. She always describes this as her “performance boot camp” and considers this experience a huge influence on her art and her process. She returned to the DMV for roles in “Almost, Maine” and “The Lady was a Gentleman”, which earned her a Baltimore Region BroadwayWorld nomination for Best Supporting Performer. She was most recently seen in Rorschach Theatre’s “Klecksography” and is looking forward to working with them again as an understudy in the upcoming “Human Museum”. In her creative free time, she also enjoys writing short plays and stories, and collecting vinyls! She is currently based in Chicago.
